About Me
I am a precision medicine and oncology diagnostics leader with a career focused at the intersection of pharma, laboratories, and clinical care. With an MBA in Healthcare Management and doctoral training in Strategic Management, I specialize in translating complex biomarker science into practical, real-world clinical and commercial strategies.
My work centers on designing and executing strategies that enable successful diagnostic and therapeutic launches, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and scalability across diverse care settings, from leading academic institutions to community oncology practices. Through MotivDx, I partner with organizations to drive clinically credible, commercially effective adoption of precision medicine.
My commitment to this work is deeply personal. Having witnessed firsthand the challenges patients and families face in accessing the right testing at the right time, I have dedicated my career to closing that gap. Too often, fragmented biomarker testing limits the potential of precision medicine.
